Clients may use the final deliverables after full payment is completed.

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or profits

  • Business disruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting, or external issues

Our liability, if any, will not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools (Google, Meta, hosting services, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for downtime, issues, or changes made by these external platforms.

9. Project Timelines
Timelines depend on:

  • Client feedback and approvals

  • Submission of required content or materials

  • Payment completion

Delays caused by the client are not our responsibility.

10. Revisions & Changes
Most services include limited rounds of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be chargeable.

11. Termination
We may terminate a project or service if:

  • Payments are delayed

  • The client violates these Terms

  • The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally

Clients may also end projects, but no refunds will be provided for completed work.

12. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy (separate document).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Changes to Terms
